By accessing or using Idea Crusher ("the Service"), operated by Brett Webb ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Idea Crusher is an AI-powered idea analysis platform. You submit an idea and multiple AI personas analyze it from different perspectives, producing a comprehensive report ("Idea Crush"). The Service uses third-party AI models including Claude, GPT-4o, Gemini, and Perplexity.

3. Data Storage & Idea Crushes

We store your submitted ideas, analysis results, follow-up conversations, and related data (collectively, your "Idea Crushes"™ pending) to enable you to retrieve, revisit, and iterate on past conversations and analyses. This data is stored in our database and associated with your account.

You may share individual Idea Crushes publicly via a share link. Shared Idea Crushes are accessible to anyone with the link.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the ideas you submit to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your input content. However, the AI-generated analysis outputs are provided as-is and should not be considered proprietary advice.

The Idea Crusher platform, its design, branding, code, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of Brett Webb. "Idea Crusher" and "Idea Crushes" are trademarks (pending) of Brett Webb.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The analyses provided by the Service are generated by third-party artificial intelligence models. These outputs are for informational and entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated content. You should not rely solely on Idea Crusher outputs for business, legal, financial, or other critical decisions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit content that is harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or rate limiting
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service or its outputs without permission

7. Usage Limits

The Service may impose usage limits (such as a maximum number of Idea Crushes per day) to manage costs and ensure fair access. These limits may change at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes in advance.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brett Webb and Idea Crusher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
